Return Policy

U.S. Returns 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with DNS Wear purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To return or exchange an item please submit a request here and we will provide you a shipping label to return back to us.  

If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or refund. Please note that original shipping charges on your purchase will be non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns (if applicable) 

Due to the intimate nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids. We do not accept returns of:

  • Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or makeup
  • Items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Intimate Toys
  • Lingerie panties
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale collection products

    International Returns 

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with DNS Wear purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To return or exchange an item please submit a request here and International customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking.

    If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange, store credit or refund. Please note that original shipping charges on your purchase will be non-refundable. 

     

    Exchanges on defective or damaged (if applicable) 

    If you need to exchange an item due defect or damage, please send us an email at sales@dnswear.com with an image attached of the defective or damaged item.  Notice of damage must be given within 48 hours upon receiving your items. An image of proof of the defect/damage will be requested by DNS Wear team. Once you have emailed us the proper information, we will notify you of the approval or rejection for your return and we will provide a shipping address to return your items to. Please DO NOT ship items without DNS Wear Team's approval. Due to this policy, please ensure that you double check your order for accuracy before finalizing. IF you have ANY questions about our products, please reach out to us prior to purchasing. 

     

    Processed Refunds (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days. 

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If you still do not see your funds please contact your bank/credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all those steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@dnswear.com
